Hand-crafted original
Created for the Kingdom Come: Deliverance series, the Lord of Leipa Shield presents a bold heraldic composition with striking contrast and unmistakable presence. Its restrained palette and sharply defined device give it the character of a martial shield suited to the visual language of early 15th-century Bohemia.
Built from two-layer plywood, this shield is shaped for durability while remaining well balanced in the hand. The face is covered in linen, finished with gesso and hand-painted with the Leipa device in black against a vivid yellow field. The reverse is lined with linen and fitted with two straps: one forming the hand grip and the other securing the arm in use. The leather-bound rim gives the piece a clean and durable finish. Every detail is executed without compromise for speed of production.
